DIVISION OF WINES BY QUALITY

According to the quality, our wines are divided into table wines, table wines with the designation of controlled origin, quality and premium wines.
Table wine is wine produced from grapes of one or more grape cultivars originating from one vineyard area.
A table wine with a designation of controlled origin is a wine produced from one or more grape cultivars from one vineyard area.
A quality wine with a designation of controlled origin is a wine produced from grapes of one or more vine cultivars originating from one region.
A premium wine with a designation of controlled origin is a wine produced from a specific cultivar or group of grape cultivars originating from one or more vineyard sites

DIVISION OF WINE ACCORDING TO THE REMAINDER OF UNMADE SUGAR

Here, wines are divided into dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet.
Predicate wines are wines obtained from very ripe or overripe grapes picked after the usual harvest time. With regard to the harvest period, the degree of dryness of the grapes and the attack
of noble molds, such wines are labeled in our country as late harvest, selective harvest, selective berry harvest, selective dry berry harvest and ice wine.
Archive wines are those that are deliberately nurtured for several years in order to develop special gustatory properties, and only then are they put on sale.
Dessert wines are also those wines that are usually served at the end of a meal, with a sweet dessert, and which have a significant amount of alcohol and a very large residue of unfermented sugar.
Liqueur wines are those wines that are produced from concentrated or alcoholized must or still wine with the addition of a certain amount of wine distillate or refined alcohol.
Aromatized wines are obtained from still wines with the addition of wine distillate and various spices of plant origin or their extracts.
Sparkling wines are wines that contain a certain amount of carbon dioxide.
