GENERAL INFORMATION:
The term Seller refers to the trading company Edico d.o.o.
The term "Customer" refers to any adult, fully capable of doing business, legal or physical.
The sales contract means the product sales contract between the seller and the buyer, concluded at the moment of product payment confirmation.
The term Visitor means any person who uses the website www.vinoteka.hr for the purpose of purchasing the product and providing information about the product advertised on it.

Prices
The prices listed on the web are retail prices, including VAT and a return fee of HRK 0.50, expressed in euros (EUR).
The seller (Edico d.o.o.) is authorized to change prices without prior notice, such as authorized to change prices exclusively for the webshop without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions for individual products without prior notice.
The mentioned benefits can be exclusively for online shopping, which will be indicated to the customer beforehand the purchases themselves.
Delivery
Order goods can be picked up at our store, Enoteka Terra at Prilaz braće Kaliterna 6 in Split.
The store's opening hours are on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
We deliver on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Delivery in the area of the city of Split is free.
Orders via www.vinoteka.hr we receive every day from 0-24h, and they are processed after recorded transactions, and delivery is made through a partner delivery service.
All orders received on working days (Monday - Friday) until 12.00 pm will be processed the same working day, and the shipment will be delivered within 72 hours or three working days at the latest. Deadline delivery of ordered shipments to the islands depends on the specifics of the transport to the specified locations.
For all orders over 53.00 EUR, delivery is free. For orders worth up to 53.00 EUR, delivery price is 5.30 EUR including VAT.
Delivery to the islands and the area of Dubrovnik is increased by 50%.

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, without postponement, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your decision on unilateral termination of the contract.
The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment.
We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us.

Material defects
We resolve material deficiencies in accordance with the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act
The user has the right to return or complain about the product within eight (8) calendar days from the day of product delivery in case of:
- when the product/products that were not ordered were delivered;
- when the delivered product has damages that did not occur during transport.
