Edico d.o.o. is the oldest Dalmatian wine wholesaler, founded in the early 90s. Pioneering spirit has always followed this family business.

At the end of the century, its founder, Edi Gantar, with his wife Marijana opened the first wine shop in Split located on the waterfront of the most beautiful city in the world. The story of a good drop, then, on these

premises almost didn't even exist, and the "Bouquet" wine shop offered just that.

In addition to a top drop, this oasis of wine lovers could also be reached only on the story of wine..a journey that begins with opening the bottle, smelling the cork, enjoying the color, the bouquet and the fullness of the wine.. Exactly that story was part of Edi's dream, the dream to bring culture of enjoying wine to the people in Split.

The dream became a reality in 2003, when the "Terra" wine bar opened its doors. The wine cellar in the Kaliterna brothers' house in Bačvice, Split, became the first place where it was possible to taste top wines by the glass, combined with some "finger food" of the pure Mediterranean.

The importance of this Split postcard was also recognized by the famous CNN, who visited the Enoteca Terra and shared it with viewers around the world.

Edi is no longer with us, but his visions and enthusiasm always will beremembered in wine circles.

Today, with a new generation, Edico continues its growth, imposes new ideas and follows trends.
