Plavac mali from the southern slopes of the island of Hvar called "Hvar beaches". The wine is aged in French barrels of 500 l for 18 months and 6 months in bottles before being put on the market. It is produced only in the best years. The color of the wine is dark red with a violet reflection. On the nose, aromas of red fruit and herbs, green tea leaves and thyme prevail. On the palate, red fruits, such as cherries and sour cherries with buttery notes reminiscent of fruit pie made of shortcrust pastry, mixed with grains of coffee, chocolate and black pepper.
A full-bodied wine with ripe, soft tannins and high extracts, slightly liqueur-like notes.

- Serve with grilled steak, tuna pate or octopus brujet. It also pairs well with chocolate and red fruit desserts.
