Wine aged for a year on the lees in large 2,000 liter Garbellotto barrels made of Slavonian oak. This is the first wine made by the Zure winery using the sur lie method, which involves aging during vinification on its own lees, which contributes to more complex aromatic notes and a fuller taste of the wine.
