The wine, which has a beautiful greenish yellow color, is crystal clear, with a refined and pleasant scent of acacia flowers. It also has a note of green grass and orange peel. With proper aging, incredible durability and drinkability was achieved, while retaining the characteristic aroma, freshness and minerality.
Gastro recommendation:
It goes perfectly with fish and seafood, but also with white meat and truffles.
