Medvid belongs to the group of iconic Croatian wines. It is produced from grapes from the Medvid Bod location in Hvar. It aged in barriques for a year and a half before being bottled unfiltered. The result is an eccentrically dense wine, full of grainy but ripe tannins, with a bouquet that includes overripe black fruits, cloves, cherries and traces of vanilla. A special quality is the excellent aftertaste that lasts a long time after drinking and leaves a delicious impression in the mouth.
