This wine is a blend of our most famous white local variety Pošip and the most famous international white variety Chardonnay (up to 15%). The grapes for this wine come from a special plot in the easternmost part of the vineyard. Stylistically, this wine differs from fresh Pošip. It has a later harvest and is produced using the sur lie cellar technique, carrying out both fermentation and aging in barrique barrels of French oak. A rich, rounded and elegant white wine.
