Stony soil, the age of vines up to 50 years, and a yield of only 0.80 kg per vine, are the pledge of excellent raw materials, which after harvesting and fermentation are aged for 15 months in barrique barrels. It is a dark, almost opaque color that turns purple towards the edges. The nose is pure Mediterranean with a characteristic signature of Plavac mali.
