Bogondon is a blend of Plavac, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. All these varieties are beautifully felt: the softness, fruity sweetness and certain chocolaty of the young Merlot and Syrah are combined with Plavac and Cabernet tannins and with the freshness of Cabernet.
Gastro recommendation:
With a sandwich with prosciutto, with mussels on the buzara, with sushi, but also with fine fish from the grill.
