The vineyards are located on the southern slopes of the island of Brač in the vicinity of Bol. Fermentation of the must for the production of this wine takes place in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled conditions. Maceration of grapes lasts from 2 to 3 weeks, which improves the structure of the wine. It is important that the grapes are optimally ripe, so that the tannins are mild and ripe. The wine ages for 8 to 10 months in French barrique barrels used for 2 to 3 years.
