100% Chardonnay from the location of Podgorje is characterized by a full and rich, but at the same time soft taste. Discreet fruity aromas of apricot and peach and of crusts of fresh bread, butter and hazelnuts, all permeated by the delicate character of vanilla and caramel. The wine was fermented in oak barrels, macerated for 6-12 hours and aged "sur lie" for 7 months.
