At the very top of white wines that come from the south of Croatia. On the nose are white flowers with squares of elderberry, Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and sage, and the fruit spectrum brings scents of wild peaches, pears, passion fruit, pineapple and grapefruit. The body is medium to strong with a pleasant mineral aftertaste and a long finish that conveys the impression of saltiness.
