Wine created in honor of the 800th anniversary of the Korčula Statute, the oldest legal collection from our area, which is related to wine and the vine, the culture that has defined Korčula for more than 2,400 years. The wine is also a tribute to the island's wine tradition. It is produced in the old-fashioned way. Ferments and ages in a large wooden barrel for the next three years.
The result is a mature, rich, delicious and hearty wine with full flavor and aromas of Mediterranean dried herbs and candied citrus such as candied orange.
