Rosé from the Plavac mali variety, produced by the classic process of thawing after 6 hours. Bright red color, with a distinctly fruity aroma that develops into a ripe fruity one over the course of the year. The taste is fresh, moderately acidic, drinkable. In style, it is more like a Provençal type of rosé. It's on the border between dry and semi-dry, so it's a bit rounder than other rosés. Aromas of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries dominate, followed by floral scents.
