The natural intensity of varietal aromas of dark and ripe blueberry fruit (cherries, plums), Mediterranean herbs and saltiness is rounded off by aging for 12 months in a combination of new and used French barrique barrels, which adds notes of wood, spices, leather, and tobacco.

Along with grilled steak and other meat and other dishes with a fuller flavor.
