St. Roko comes from a young vineyard of poor land on steep slopes with a view of Pelješac. It has a dark ruby color, and already on the nose you can feel the "different" character of this wine - the smell of ripe peach and Mediterranean herbs is accentuated. It is completely dry and at the same time delicious. The taste is dominated by beautiful fruitiness, with respectable minerality considering the age of the plantations. The wine is full-bodied. The wood will certainly fit in even better in the near future. The finish is harmonious, with accentuated tannins, typical of Plavac.
