Blend of three white varieties – Chardonnay, Malvazia and white Sauvignon. Very complex grapes due to small yields, up to 1 kg per vine. Fast processing without maceration, with fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months, with occasional mixing of the lees. After aging in barrels, it requires further aging in stainless steel and bottle. Wine of terroir, pronounced minerality and very long lasting in the mouth.
