Malvazija produced in stainless steel, without maceration, fast processing, controlled fermentation and aging on the lees until January. A mix of different positions follows during March, and it is on the market from May, June. A fresh and elegant wine with a medium structure, drinkable, with an attractive fruity aroma, pronounced minerality and a light aftertaste reminiscent of bitter almonds. It reaches its maximum during autumn and winter, with aging in the bottle, floral and herbal notes come to the fore.
