Blend of Merlot and Teran, 85/15. Very complex grapes due to small yields, up to 1 kg per vine. Maceration and fermentation on lees for up to two weeks, after racking aging in French oak for about 15 months. After aging in barrels, it requires further aging in stainless steel and in the bottle.
Gastro recommendation:
Ideal with steaks from Boškarin, ombolo, game.
