Malvazija Selekcija is the result of multiple selection procedures, which begins with a careful selection of grapes from the selected terraces of Santa Lucia vineyard. Vinification is carried out on yeasts, in stainless steel tanks (8 to 12 months), without the influence of wood and maceration, and before going on the market, the wine ages in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. This gives it focus and straightness, and in the style of non-barricaded Malvazija, it is dominantly characterized by concentration and solidity. Quantities are limited.
