Valle is a blend of Malvazija from Istria and Sauvignon blanc. Firstly, malvasia gives it body and texture, while sauvignon blanc is responsible for aromatic complexity, freshness and verticality. The color is pale lemon. On the nose it is gentle and somewhat restrained, giving a hint of primary fruit notes and youth through the peachy scent of Malvazija and the green, slightly green-peppery note of Sauvignon. It is dry on the palate and has good flavor intensity. Here Malvazija is in the shadow of Sauvignon, which first comes to the fore with its freshness. Uncomplicated, slightly salty and with a rather long aftertaste.
