This soft dry wine is characterized by aromas of small forest fruits such as black currant and cranberry, dark cherry, dried flowers and forest soil. It has a medium body, a mild ruby red color, mild tannins and a long finish. A wine of extraordinary structure and elegance from the locations of Križevac and Cimbuščak facing south and southwest. Hand-picked grapes, maceration for 4 weeks, fermentation in barrique barrels on natural yeasts for 12 months, aging in large old oak barrels for 12 months and another year in the bottle before it goes on the market.
