One of the most important Sauvignon wines in Croatia.
This wine from Klemenka matures on fine lees for 10 months in large wooden barrels (3000-4000 l) and in stainless steel tanks with the intention of preserving every bit of the fruit of youth.
In the glass it is crystal clear, yellow with a greenish glow, lively. On the nose it indicates fruits and flowers, cut grass and minerals. It is soft and tasty, with a firm finish, green and grassy taste. It is designed to be drunk as young as possible, but due to its complexity it will survive more than five years in the bottle and will evolve beautifully.
