Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, "white of black", is made from Pinot noir from biodynamic cultivation using the classic method. The Tomac winery managed to avoid all the potential drawbacks of natural wine production and produced a technically pure and above all elegant sparkling wine.
It is a display of an excellent balance of solid, large body and structure on the one hand and creaminess, elegance and refinement on the other. Small, long-lasting pearling, ripe wine aromas on the nose, and an intense and rounded taste influence the vibrancy and enjoyment of this sparkling wine, one of the best domestic winemakers.
