An interesting sparkling wine from the Tomac family. It is characterized by a dull pink color, floral aromas and freshness of taste. It has a beautiful bead and pleasantly fills the mouth. It is made from a somewhat unusual fusion of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The sparkling wine was aged for a minimum of two years on the lees.
