An excellent sparkling wine made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Plavac žuti. Aged on yeasts for almost 4 years. From the limited area of the 'diplomatic' vineyard where diplomatic vintages are held. Aromas of bread crust, brioche and butter notes. Full, rich and complex flavor and full body in the mouth. Extremely harmonious, with a long aftertaste and harmonious pearling.
