The wine is made from the domestic Dalmatian variety of Dubrovnik Malvasia. The grapes come from the aforementioned Kremena hill, and the soil is characterized by unique fossils of shells and olive leaves. The grapes were hand-picked and fermented on their own yeasts in used 225 l barrels. The maceration lasted an impressive 150 days without the use of sulphur. The wine is unfiltered, and a minimum dose of sulfur was applied before bottling. 875 bottles were produced.
Young golden color with incredible clarity despite 150 days of maceration and no filtering. Perfumed with subtle notes of pink roses, orange blossom, lychee and mango. Very delicate and vibrant with fine silky textures. The wine is structured and elegant at the same time with a long creamy finish.
