Komarna vineyard, the youngest vineyard in Croatia, altitude 72-132m. The grapes are harvested by hand during the night to preserve freshness and varietal aroma, after which they are sorted on selection belts. After muddling, it is macerated for 15-20 days, depending on the year and degree of extraction. The wine is then matured in new and repeatedly used Croatian, French and American barrels for 18-24 months. After maturation, it is transferred to stabilization in stainless steel tanks, and after filling, it ages in bottles for a minimum of one year before being put on the market. The wine has a bright ruby red color with fresh notes of cherry, sour cherry, berries, and aromas of wood such as vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth you will notice strong tannins and gentle acidity with a very elegant body.
